More information about fees, booking and cancellation policy

Fee’s are dependant on assignment type, location and timing, but for a fully qualified interpreter the general fee is about £220 – £280 for a full day booking and £100 – £140 for a half day booking (minimum charge). Evening and weekends rates will incur additional costs.

When  you contact me to enquire about a booking, I will quote you an inclusive rate for the assignment with no hidden costs. If you book through an agency, rates are expected to be a lot higher, as they will add on an admin fee and therefore booking directly with the interpreter is the cheaper option.

Access to Work bookings can be booked in advance. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further, as rates can vary to match your budget.

Please note that a cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings. These are:

• 7 days or less notice: Full fee
• 8 – 14 days notice: Half fee
• 15 days or more notice: No fee
