Elvire Roberts
Elvire is a BSL/English Interpreter, working in the East Midlands and travelling nationwide. She is a Member of the Register of BSL/Engligh Interpreters (RSLI), the National Union of British Sign Language Interpreters (NUBSLI) and a Fellow of the Association of Sign Language Interpreters, of which she is a former Regional Chair and News Editor.
She has extensive experience in all areas of interpreting, having worked as a BSL/English Interpreter since 1995 and taught and assessed trainee interpreters.
Her interpreting specialisms are mental health, social care, academic research, LGBT, art and performance.
